Before:

A small layout became an exceptional one.

Originally, this kitchen lacked space which impacted storage and created issues for comfortable seating. It was a small layout. Our Client wanted to create a more open design, incorporating a sunroom into the kitchen for greater natural lighting. Additionally, the appliance configuration was unsuitable for how our Client wanted to use the kitchen. Greater functionality and ease of use were the priority.

A luxurious & functional transformation

This was a journey that was designed to create a complete overhaul of a small-spaced kitchen that desperately needed "more."  From first consultation to initial designs, to the in-house 3D visualization which brought everything to life, the outcome was extraordinary. Through a seamless blend of modern sophistication and timeless elegance, we delivered a kitchen and sunroom that created light, organization, style, and practicality.

Project was designed by Kateryna Wolf of WOLFDENS and installation was outsourced

After:

Key Features:

  1. Kitchen Extension and Sunroom: The kitchen was extended to create more space, and a sunroom with a vaulted ceiling and wooden paneling was built as an extension.

  2. 10-Foot Island Design: A spacious 10-foot island was designed and installed, featuring a secondary sink and an extended countertop for seating. The island cabinets include backboard organizers for pots and pans.

  3. Cabinets and Organizers: The kitchen incorporates two large lazy-susan cabinets with carousels for easy storage and accessibility. A dedicated dog station feeding shelf was built, and floating shelves were installed next to the double oven cabinet. The original double oven tall cabinet was transformed into a single oven cabinet.

  4. Cabinet Style and Handles: The kitchen showcases cabinets from the US Cabinet Depot shaker dove collection, providing a stylish and elegant look. Jeffrey Alexander handles complement the cabinet design.

  5. Calacatta Marina Countertop and Blue Rocca Backsplash: The chosen countertop, Calacatta Marina by Viatera, features distinctive blue and grey veins, adding a unique touch to the kitchen. The backsplash features vertically placed blue Rocca subway tiles, creating a visually appealing and modern aesthetic.

  6. Sinks, Faucets, and Pot Filler: The kitchen includes Bocchi sinks and faucets, with a farmhouse apron front grey sink as the primary fixture and a Bocchi fireclay bar sink as the secondary option. Additionally, a convenient pot filler was incorporated into the design.
